Outsourcing to company\'s in other countries is draining assets from our country. If the fees are paid to a company within our borders, that money will be taxed & spent in this country. The taxes would pay for the social security contribution or towards workmans comp etc and otherwise contribute to the economy of this country. Money sent to another country for outsourcing fees will be spent in that other country contributing to the economy of that country not ours.
